We ventured into Mercedes Benz in Alexandria with the idea of just looking. We spoke to Carlo Genao. He was extremely knowledgable and personable. The customer service he delivered was impeccable. Purchasing a car through Carlo and working with the staff made purchasing easy. This has been the greatest car purchasing experience. Carlo,staff are the gold standard in putting the customer first. I will come back to purchase my next vehicle from Carlo and recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes Benz. Carlo even called the next morning to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Amazing experience and thanks to Carlo and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria!!!!

Mercedes Benz of Alexandria went out of their way to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. I have owned several Mercedes Benz and Volvos, and BMW’s over the years. I have never found a dealer that is as attentive as Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. I bought a new ML class from them, and early on it had an issue on which they worked tirelessly to resolve, exceeding my expectations in the process. From the moment I was provided with a replacement till Ron drove all the way to DC to exchange the replacement with my ML. Mercedes Benz of Alexandria has been an absolute joy to work with. On top of all of that I got a really good deal too. Will definitely buy my next car from them.

Second time in 18 months that we purchase a new MB from dealer. In both cases, Carlo provided outstanding professional service. His knowledge of the MB line is extensive and he provided factual information from which to make decisions. We had done our homework but Carlo pointed out facts and made comparisons that made the process so very smooth. When we purchase our next MB it will certainly be with this dealer - MB of Alexandria.

A great sales team overall, but Carlo was a superstar. This was actually our FIRST visit to a dealer looking for a new car. We weren't even sure we wanted a MB...but Carlo's integrity and professionalism made us sign on the line right there. This is the ONLY dealer you should use if you're a USAA member too. They gave us a very generous deal on our trade in too. Don't go anywhere else...but if you do, you'll probably come back..

I was actually having my old car serviced and the repair bill was so high, I decided to trade in and lease a new vehicle instead. Carlo came up to me and introduced himself while my car was being serviced--before I was even in the market for a new car. He was extremely patient with me and walked me through everything. I will definitely go back to him in the future.

AMAZED (In a very good way)!!! I recently purchased a car at MB of Alexandria and had a mechanical issue that was not covered under the warranty. After hearing of my issue the client service manager contacted me to evaluate my issue and asked if there was anything that he could do to assist me. He was very empathetic to my situation and was very diligent in resolving the issue. He follow up almost daily until everything was corrected. He turn a potential unpleasant experience to a positively memorable experience. His assistance alone changed my entire mindset of Mercedes Benz. He took customer service to another level. I only have positive things to say regarding the customer service i received at MB of Alexandria!

There is no question that Carlos intends to have me see him again because his demeanor invites it.

Both Bryan and Debbie gave me stellar service.
Debbie was the best financial manager I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable in this department, an very patient. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me the best possible deal on the loan (which is more than I can say for the Mercedes Benz in Tysons) She is very honest and thoughtful and works the best rates for your needs. She will not rush you to get you out. When you dont understand something, she will explain it until the sun comes down, and you finally do understand everything.
I bought an SLK from Bryan, and he honestly knows every little detail about this car. He follows up dependably even to this day (almost a month after I bought the car). He will answer everything with even more detail than you asked for. He was a blast to work with (a swing dancer of 10 years.. he is genuine, funny and a great sense of humor). I did quite a bit of research on Edmunds and other similar sites + talked to people in the industry and he did get me a better deal than I could have wished for. also very patient and open to all of my requests. He goes out of his way to get you what you need.

These guys go to great length to please you. Very friendly, courteous and eager to answer questions. Price negotiation is not stressful. I recommend these people very highly. Sevice is also very good but as with all Mercedes products, the service is expensive and not yet competitive with some others like BMW that cut dowm on maintanence cost. That said my experience with this dealer has been superb.

Very pleasant experience and knowledgeable sales representative. The sales rep was very communicative. When I arrived at dealership they actually had the cars they indicated that the had. The sales representative had sent a video the day before showing he available cars that met my specification. All around this was a good experience and I ended up with a beautiful Mercedes.

He spent extra time with us, making certain we knew how to operate all of the bells and whistles. He was not "pushy" but always available to answer questions. We totally recommend him - and I doubt if we would have purchased the Mercedes so quickly if we didn't have Carlo as our representative.

I've owned my Mercedes CL55 for over 5yrs now. I used to service my car at HBL Mercedes in Tysons Corner. My favorite salesman has since left there and I decided to try out Mercedes of Alexandra - as well as the location is better for me. I was given Carlo Genao as a contact name in sales. He called me before I had a chance to call him. He was very responsive and helpful. He told me which Service rep. I would be working with....and, that was John Petronio. Well, John called me about the time I wished to schedule a service visit. Again, I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive everyone was. John is exceptional. I'm sure of this b/c he was on the tech.side of this car business for several yrs; he listened to my unique circumstances(out of the country 6mos. a year/car is not driven and low mileage)and, didn't give me the standard line. After the car was checked over thoroughly, he called me and gave me some options to work with. I appreciated his candor and professionalism. I will be bringing my business to Mercedes of Alexandria because of folks like Carlo(who, again f/up after my visit) and John who gave me his time and attention. Truly a pleasurable experience!!

Kathy was absolutely divine to work with. She is an exceptional sales person and the consummate professional. Kathy made my buying experience as a first time buyer seamless. She explained all the incentives thoroughly and took the time to answer all of my questions considering the fact that I had quite a few. I was not able to get all the information, i.e, the differences in the numerous models I needed from the web site, so Kathy made sure I was getting exactly what I expected in the 2010 C300 4 Matic. She made sure all of the controls were set for me including my phone. Brilliant!!! I was asked by numerous individuals about my overall experience with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria and the sales persons I worked with. I must say I was more than happy to share my total experience with them including the friendly reception I received from the moment I arrived at the dealership. Kathy is definitely a very, very valuable asset to your sales department. I would work with her again and again.

While waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I ventured onto the sales floor. Carlo Genao quickly approached and was eager to assist. I found Carlo to be an extremely professional and knowledgeable sales representative. I advised Carlo that I would not be in the market to purchase a new vehicle until next year. Instead of losing interest, Carlo seemed more willing to assist and educate me as car buyer. I can honestly say that when I am ready to purchase my next Mercedes Benz, I will seek out Carlo as my sales representative for his expertise and charming personality.

Carlo provided exceptional customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable, and diligent in his efforts to make sure I got the car I wanted! Even after the sale, Carlo walked me through what I needed to know to operate my car comfortably, including setting up my cell phones and customizing my settings. He was extremely patient!!

The Dynamic Team of Keith Odle as Manager and Bryan Rickerson as Rep. is unbeatable in customer survice and fair pricing and incredible knowledge of their cars and the industry overall. An educated consumer will want to work with these two. They make sure you are happy with you decision and provide the honest facts to help you make that choice. I have bought 3 cars from Keith, my first with Bryan. I'd not want to buy another car without them. With them I believe I get the right car at the right price. Follow on service is equally responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

He and MB of Alexandria pulled out all the stops to find me a car with the options I wanted and quickly get it to the dealership--unlike when I purchased my last car and it took Acura 3+ weeks to get the car from less than a 100 miles away.

I brought my '08 E350 in for repair of the intermittent "ESP Inoperative" alert that occasionally appeared in the dashboard. Fearing the worst that there would be a gremlin that would never be found, I was very pleasantly surprised when Eddie informed me there was a "black box" in the car that records all malfunctions. Sure enough, they found a code which advised that a sensor behind the steering wheel was defective. Replacing the sensor had me back in my car before the end of the day.
The point here is all personnel were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles which are becoming more technically challenging every year and were able to make an expeditious repair. Eddie and Rick are very friendly service people who genuinely leave you with the feeling that you and your car are the most important things to them.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria went extremely smooth. I didn't think it could ever be that easy to purchase a car without a lot of hassles. I guess the fact that we knew exactly what car we wanted and our price range, it really helped. We had been pre-approved and that made it easier as well; although we ended up going with Mercedes Benz financing because we got a lower rate. Our sales person Carlo was really helpful and knowledgeable of the car. He didn't try to get over on us, or give us something we didn't ask for. He basically made the sale a smooth transition. I have no regrets of my experience with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria.
