Executive Allowance Program

Overview

Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) is an enhancement to the Fleet Program. Available exclusively to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances, EAB provides significant incentives on eligible purchased or leased Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Every Mercedes-Benz includes the following features:

Four-year, 50,000-mile limited warranty period
Standard features that other manufacturers may offer only as options – or not at all
A full complement of active and passive safety features, as well as clean-diesel technology
24-hour Roadside Assistance for the life of the vehicle
A customer service experience unparalleled in the industry

How to Qualify and Participate

In order to qualify for participation in the Executive Allowance Bonus, your company must meet the following requirements:

A) Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN). To obtain one, the executive’s company officer must complete a CAN Enrollment Form. He/she may access and submit this online application by clicking on the link below. B) Your company has employees who receive a vehicle allowance as part of their compensation package that applies to the individual purchase/lease of a company vehicle. To qualify for EAB, the applicant must submit the following documentation:

  • An Executive Allowance Bonus Enrollment Form signed by the executive
  • A photo Driver’s License
  • One example of employment documentation (employment documentation can be in the form of a copy of current pay stub or direct deposit slip indicating car allowance or Corporate website verification identifying the applicant as a company executive)
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to protect the privacy of the EAB applicant, the social security number and salary information should be deleted (white out) from the pay stub/direct deposit copy (or equivalent). The vehicle allowance compensation should be highlighted on the pay stub/direct deposit copy if listed as supplemental income.

Eligible Vehicle & Incentives

Most of the models in the Mercedes-Benz product line are eligible for incentives under the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program.

NOTE: To be eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program, vehicles must be new and unused. Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are not eligible.

* Fleet incentives are available on all sedans/wagons/4MATIC® All-Wheel Drive models where applicable. Incentive amounts are subject to change without notice and should be confirmed with your dealer at time of transaction. The fleet incentive must be used at the time of purchase or lease. Fleet incentives cannot be used in conjunction with Dealer Employee Purchase Program (DEPP), Mercedes Vehicle Plan (MVP), Master Lease Program (MLP), Diplomat, Courtesy Vehicle Program (CVP), Special Demos, Competitor Conquest Program, other Fleet Programs (Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) or Fleet Employee Program (FEP), or non-U.S. Specification vehicles.
