In the event your airbags deploy or your seatbelt Emergency Tensioning Devices are activated, Automatic Collision Notification will immediately relay your location to the Mercedes-Benz Emergency Response Center and attempt to establish voice communication between you and an mbrace® Customer Specialist. If you request assistance or are unable to respond, the Customer Specialist will notify the appropriate emergency service provider and stay on the line until help arrives.
Push the SOS button when you need emergency assistance or you see someone who does. You’ll automatically reach an mbrace® Customer Specialist who has been specially trained to respond to emergency situations. The Customer Specialist will work with local emergency to dispatch help where it is needed quickly.
In case of a flat tire, breakdown or other vehicle-related problem, you can connect to a representative at Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance with a push of the Wrench Button in your vehicle.(1) As your call is being placed, data about you, your vehicle and your location is being relayed to Roadside Assistance so that help can be dispatched as soon as the needed services are determined.
Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance provides a safe and effective way to help local law enforcement pinpoint and potentially recover your Mercedes-Benz if it has been stolen. As soon as you’ve filed a police report, simply call the mbrace® Response Center toll free at 1-866-990-9007 and provide a Customer Specialist with the report case number, as well as the name, badge number and contact information of the officer filing the report. Upon verifying your identity and case number, the Customer Specialist will contact law enforcement officials and direct them accordingly. (2)
Whenever the anti-theft alarm in your parked vehicle is triggered, the Mercedes-Benz mbrace® Response Center automatically sends an alert by email, text message or phone, based on your preference. (3) In turn, you have the confidence of knowing that mbrace® can detect suspicious activity long before it can be reported to authorities. (4)
Providing real-time guidance and support in the event of a severe weather emergency or other disaster, Crisis Assist can deliver critical information – such as the location of the nearest emergency shelter – to help ensure your safety during and after an evacuation. Press the i-Button in your vehicle, and the Mercedes-Benz mbrace® Response Center will check your current location against its continuously updated national database of active emergency areas, enabling an mbrace® Customer Specialist to give you the very latest information and specific instructions, if necessary.
Initiated by pressing the i-Button in your vehicle, Safe Ride is designed to provide assistance – such as contacting a taxi company or relative to arrange transportation – in situations where it may be unsafe for you to drive. When away from your Mercedes-Benz, you can either call the mbrace® Response Center at 1-866-990-9007 or request services using the mbrace® Mobile Application with a supported smartphone.
This feature lets you define a mapped boundary on your smartphone when you leave the vehicle and its key with another driver such as a parking attendant. If your car exits this “virtual fence” area, Valet Protect can send you a text-message alert.

(2) In order to activate Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance, you must provide your mbrace® Personal Identification Number (PIN) and valid stolen vehicle police case number.
